Shipping + Returns
Domestic Shipping (US):
Most orders ship within 1 week of the order date via USPS and include tracking that is sent to you via email.
Some framed work make take up to 3 weeks to process. Framed work may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the package. You will always receive tracking information via email. If there are any delays on my end, I will be in touch and keep you informed every step of the way!
International Shipping:
I currently do not offer international shipping.
Packaging:
I take care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition, while thoughtfully balancing ecological impacts. Paintings up to size 11”x14” will ship in a firm flat mailer. Framed items will ship in a shipping box. Larger unframed pieces will be shipped rolled in a tube. Recyclable, or compostable shipping materials are used where possible.
If your print was shipped in a tube please follow these steps to flatten the print:
Immediately upon delivery, remove the print from the tube and allow the print to settle for about a day.
Place the painting on a flat surface with the printed/paint side facing down, and lay a heavy flat item (books work!) on top of the painting. Do this another day-ish.
Place painting in a frame and it should be nice and flat!
Returns:
All sales are final. No returns.

If, in the unlikely event, your artwork is damaged, please contact me here right away. We’ll work together to find a solution.
