Rainbows are beautiful, wild, real and rare magic. They can, sometimes, be a light-hearted whimsical expression of child-like joy. As an adult, I have learned that this seemingly simple symbol of joy often comes after one has experienced the deepest sorrows, darkest fears, gut wrenching pain.

My “messy rainbows” are an expression of all that goes into, and comes out of, our rainbow journeys - the good, bad, ugly, and beautiful. These fine art paintings are a reminder to us all that life can be beautiful and messy at the same time.
